SHACHAR JERUSHALMI

Co-founder and head of the grow facility. Shachar holds an MSc from the Hebrew University, Faculty of Agriculture in co- operation with the Volcany Institute studying the classification of plant diseases and microbial infections that harm cannabis plant growth. The study dealt with the characterization of harmful fungi in cannabis crops. This is the first study of its kind to have taken place in Israel. The study also dealt with the examination of inflorescence disinfection methods (gamma radiation, beta radiation, and cold plasma).

Leading the regional Chevel-Eilot cannabis project. served for 13 years in the Israeli Navy Seals, Winner of the Chief of the Armed Forces Award for Creative Thinking for groundbreaking projects in the worlds of intelligence and technology. holds a BA in biology & business management from The Open University of Israel. consultant to start-up companies manufacturing products for Ministry of Defense. Was a project manager in civil construction.
ELISHA SOLOWEY

Co-founder and CSO, Director of the Research Division.
Elisha received his BSc in Medical Biotechnology from Tel Hai University College, Israel, and holds an MSc from The Hebrew University at Hadassah Ein Kerem, Department of Metabolism and Endocrinology, Israel.
In the industry, he worked interdisciplinary by linking his molecular biology skills with his biochemistry background to lead the R&D at PharmaArava in bioactive compound research, high-throughput screening, and chromatography analysis.
